Bedenktijd/retour
Het kan wel eens voorkomen dat u een bestelling retour wilt sturen. Wellicht omdat het product toch niet bevalt of misschien is er een andere reden is waarom u de bestelling toch niet zou willen hebben. Wat de reden ook is, u heeft het recht uw bestelling tot 14 dagen na ontvangst te annuleren.U krijgt dan het orderbedrag gecrediteerd. Enkel de kosten voor retour van u thuis naar de webwinkel zijn voor eigen rekening. Losstaand van gebreken, foutieve leveringen of andere zaken.

Indien u gebruik wilt maken van dit herroepingsrecht, zal het product met alle geleverde toebehoren en – indien redelijkerwijze mogelijk – in de originele staat en verpakking aan ons geretourneerd worden. Wij zullen vervolgens het verschuldigde orderbedrag binnen enkele werkdagen na aanmelding van uw retour terugstorten mits het product reeds in goede orde retour ontvangen is.

Mocht het product beschadigd of de verpakking meer beschadigd zijn dan nodig is om het product te proberen, dan kunnen we deze waardevermindering van het product aan u doorberekenen. Behandel het product dus met zorg en zorg ervoor dat deze bij een retour goed verpakt is.

Product ruilen?
Wilt u uw product ruilen? Dat is helemaal geen probleem. U kunt hiervoor contact opnemen met webshop@vandenberg.nl. Wel draagt u zelf de kosten voor de zending van de producten, afhankelijk van het totaal bedrag.

Ik heb een verkeerd bezorgadres of verkeerd artikel doorgegeven!
Per ongeluk een verkeerd bezorgadres doorgegeven, of toch niet helemaal het product wat u zocht? Neem dan zo snel mogelijk contact met ons op. We proberen dan de bestelling nog voor u te wijzigen. webshop@vandenberg.nl / +31 229 219913

Returns
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or maybe there is another reason why you would not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt. You will then be credited with the order amount. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. Regardless of defects, incorrect deliveries or other matters.

If you wish to make use of this right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. We will then refund the order amount due within a few working days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when you return it.

Exchange product?
Do you want to exchange your product? That's no problem at all. You can contact webshop@vandenberg.nl for this. However, you bear the costs for the shipment of the products yourself, depending on the total amount.
